- TheDigital StoreE-CommerceSupervisor supports QVC Italy and drives the growth of digital channels through the implementation of effective commercial strategies coordinating the Traders & Assistantsteam andoptimizingthe digital performance of eCommerce platforms (website and app).

- This is a hybrid role and requires attendance at our offices in Brugherio (MB) several days per month (office days are predetermined and standardized across the company).
- This is a tempo pieno –permanent contract.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Digital StoreE-commerceManager, you will be responsible for:

- Support indefiningand leading thedigital commercial strategyto maximize sales and performance across eCommerce platforms.
- Coordinating the Digital Store eCommerce Traders and Assistants team, ensuring effective management of daily activities, priorities, and capability development.
- Overseeing the daily performance of digital platforms, ensuring commercial freshness, the right promotional balance, and a strong focus onthe customerexperience.
- Collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Contentto develop campaigns, commercial themes, and promotions aligned with business goals.
- Analyzing performance, customer insights, and market trends to identifygrowth opportunities, new commercial concepts, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Sharing best practices and results with local and international stakeholders, fostering alignment
