To lead and strategically develop our SAN SONNEA Lodge, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking General Manager (m/f/d) who will shape our exclusive hideaway in the Dolomites through exceptional hospitality, strong leadership and the highest quality standards.

In this key position, you will take overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of the Lodge. Together with the owning family and your team, you will continuously develop the highest service and quality standards while creating exceptional guest experiences at an international level.

YOUR TASKS:
- Lead and manage the entire pre-opening phase through to a successful launch
- Overall responsibility for the hotel's daily operations
- Build, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and key operational metrics
- Ensure exceptional service quality and operational excellence
- Work closely with the owning family on the strategic development of the property

YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years of experience as a General Manager,



Hotel Manager, or Director of Operations within the luxury or boutique hospitality sector
- Previous experience with hotel openings or pre‑opening projects is highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Fluent in English, German and Italian, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
