We are committed to advancing innovation and leveraging our deep expertise to provide better health and a better quality of life for patients and consumers worldwide and expand our reach across diverse markets. /ppAs we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sr. Associate, Finance Solution Expert – Controlling to join our Global IT Core Applications team, based in Bologna or Milan, Italy. /ph3Scope of the role: /h3pThe role supports the evolution of Alfasigma’s SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling landscape, connecting business needs with scalable digital solutions. You will work closely with Finance, Controlling, IT teams, and external partners to improve processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across an international environment. /ph3Your role: /h3ulliDrive continuous improvement of Finance and Controlling processes through SAP S/4HANA solutions. /liliContribute to SAP CO enhancements,



including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, planning, allocations, profitability analysis, and reporting. /liliTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and practical system solutions. /liliSupport integration with other SAP areas such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS. /liliContribute to SAP transformation initiatives, rollouts, upgrades, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities. /liliSupport incidents, service requests, change requests, and user adoption initiatives. /liliPromote process standardization, knowledge sharing, and SAP best practices across business and IT teams. /li /ulh3Why this role matters: /h3pYou will help Finance teams work more efficiently, make better decisions, and leverage SAP S/4HANA to support Alfasigma’s growth and transformation journey. /ph3Who are you: /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. /lili2 - 3 years of experience with SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, preferably in SAP S/4HANA. /liliGood knowledge of SAP CO processes, including planning, allocations, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and management reporting. /liliUnderstanding of SAP integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS. /liliExperience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting,
