PpCompliance Officer Assistant /p h3Missions /h3 pYou will join bCredit Agricole CIB Italy /b and especially bGlobal Compliance Department /b which ensures local Compliance and Financial Security Risk function in Milan. /p pIt represents the last level of control of the bank for regulatory, compliance, anti-money laundering and embargo risks and provides permanent advice on the related topics. /p pYou will be included in the local Compliance and Financial Security team and you will have the task of supporting the Local Compliance Officer and the Senior resources of the team in their daily activities, with a focus on: /p ul liFulfillment of AML, Compliance Markets and Transversal HO quarterly controls and additional local controls, according to needs; /li liCollection of eventual controls performed by other geographies to integrate them into the general Control Plan of the Branch; /li liImplementation and follow-up of recommendations identified during controls performed internally by the function and/or by external consultants and/or issued by IGE and/or regulators; /li liFormalization and upload of controls in the internal dedicated tool; /li liProduction of KPIs,
Dashboards and reports required locally and/or by HO; /li liLocal and/HO-driven risk assessment exercises; /li liContribution to local and/or HO committees; /li liGeneral back-up of the activities performed by the other team members. /li /ul h3Eligibility /h3 ul liLess than 28 years old; /li liGraduated with a Master Degree; /li liPostgraduate of a Master degree from a University, a Business School or an Engineering School with a specialization in Financial Security / Compliance. /li /ul p0-2 ans. Previous minimum 6-months experience in Compliance/Financial Security would be a plus. /p h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liTeam-working skills; /li liResponsiveness, discretion and moral integrity; /li liSelf-motivation; /li liAnalysis and summarizing skills; /li liProblem solving ability. /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liInitial knowledge of the banking activities and of the applicable regulations; /li liTechnical skills required; /li liMicrosoft Office; /li liLanguages: Fluent English and French; /li liAverage knowledge of Italian is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
