Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development and verification of safety-critical embedded software for aerospace applications.

- Support the preparation of DO-178C certification documentation (Software Development Plans, Software Verification Plans, Software Requirements and Traceability Matrices).

- Update existing software requirements, in compliance to applicable change control processes.

- Support requirements analysis and coverage assessment for software certification.

- Participate in development and execution of component and integration tests for embedded software.

- Contribute to software verification through static and dynamic analysis.

- Review and assess the impact of existing certification artifacts to identify reuse opportunities.

Requirements

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of software development for real-time embedded systems.

- Interest in embedded software architectures and low-level firmware.

- Proficiency in at least one structured programming language (preferably C, C++, or Python).

Preferred Technical Skills

- Experience with debugging on embedded platforms.

- Experience (also basic) with embedded platform architectures, e.g. : Intel® Tiger Lake x86/64-bit processor, NXP Layerscape, Xilinx Zynq, Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC or others





- Familiarity with cryptography and security concepts for embedded systems.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

- Structured, detail-oriented approach to work.

- Good command of written and spoken English for technical documentation and reporting.
