Job Title: Program Manager - PLM transformation (Italian Speaking)

Location: Turin

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale PLM transformation programs for global Manufacturing and Automotive clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise PLM implementations, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and program governance while ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale PLM programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Manage client stakeholders, business partners, and cross-functional teams to drive successful program outcomes.
- Oversee program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Ensure seamless integration and implementation of PLM solutions across business functions.
- Drive client engagement and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance, resource utilization, and profitability.




- Mentor and lead delivery teams to achieve strategic business objectives.

Required Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in Program Management with a focus on PLM initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter (TC) and/or 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platforms.
- Strong background in Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, program governance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions.
- Italian language proficiency is mandatory.

Nice to Have
- DS PLM / Teamcenter PLM expertise.
- Knowledge of PLM Manufacturing Processes.
