/p h3Role Description /h3 pAsbBanqueting Supervisor /b you will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s banqueting and event operations, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating weddings, corporate functions, gala dinners, and luxury private events within one of Venice’s most iconic venues. Your leadership, attention to detail, and organizational excellence will help deliver world-class events that reflect the heritage and prestige of San Clemente Palace Venice. /p h3Your main responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liPlanning and executing all banqueting and event operations from setup to completion /li liLeading and managing the Banqueting team to ensure impeccable service and presentation /li liLiaising with clients, event planners, and internal departments to ensure all requirements are met /li liCollaborating with the Executive Chef and FB team to create customized menus and event experiences /li liManaging event logistics, layouts, and timelines to guarantee smooth coordination /li liMonitoring event budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls /li liMaintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety throughout operations /li liEnsuring compliance with brand standards and service excellence at every event /li liSupporting the FB leadership team in developing innovative concepts to enhance event offerings /li liAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel /li liAccommodation, meals, uniform /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
