Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Oakland, CA seeks an experienced Director of Pharmacy to oversee operations across two FQHC Community Health Centers, serving the local BIPOC community.

As Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will lead the P&T; Committee, manage the 340B program, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and mentor a dedicated team.

A California license and PharmD or BPharm are required, with 5+ years of pharmacy leadership and FQHC experience preferred.
