Your Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Process Engineer with Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ (Italy, Cesena). In this role, you will work in a cross-functional team and cooperate with all departments on new product development and manufacturing projects, coordinating internal or external resources. Leadership and passion will make a difference!
Your Impact
- New products start up
- Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costs
- Define factory and assembly line layout
- Define internal logistic flows
- Define production Standard Time
- Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress
About You
Ideally,
you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma
- Experience in new product startup
- Experience in assembly process
- Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, 6σ, etc)
- Experience in production standard time definition
- Knowledge of Office packages in particular Excel
- Knowledge of Autocad / CAD
- Team player with strong leadership
- Strong practical sense
- Italian and English fluency
- Availability for national and international business trips
Compensation Data
We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €45,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
