Payment Expert - Operational Manager and Portfolio Governance

We are looking for a Service Operations Manager responsible for the operational management and governance of a portfolio of value-added services across the CEMEA regions.
Role Summary The selected candidate will coordinate service launches, client on boarding, deliverable distribution, subscription management, billing governance, stakeholder engagement and performance reporting, ensuring consistent execution across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the roll out of new services, including planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines and execution tracking
- Define and maintain target client populations in partnership with Country Managers and Account Owners
- Coordinate client communications, awareness activities and webinars
- Review and validate service deliverables prior to distribution
- Manage the distribution of deliverables and related client communications
- Maintain service enrollment records, including on boarding, opt-outs and client eligibility tracking
- Support billing processes by ensuring accurate subscription and participation records
- Respond to client inquiries related to service participation and operational matters
- Monitor service adoption and operational performance across markets
- Prepare regular management reporting, including quarterly performance updates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of operational controls
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in program management, operations, client services or related functions
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives across different markets and timelines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with reporting, tracking and operational governance processes
- Knowledge of the payments industry is a strong advantage
Work mode: Fully remote. We are looking for VAT-registered professionals (Partita IVA) available to collaborate, with a daily rate between € 250 and € 270.
