You will lead global people cost planning, budgeting and forecasting, delivering analytics to support strategic decisions, and partner with HR, Finance and IT for data-driven workforce planning.You bring 8+ years in HR Controlling or People Analytics, strong Excel and BI skills (Power BI), and fluent English. A degree in business/economics/engineering/statistics is required.
