Your Responsibilities Include

- Support the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program.
- Drive high priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring the proper coordination with the IT team, other organizational functions and suppliers.
- Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Assess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks.
- Create and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators.
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure security by design in new projects.
- Effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
Who Are We Looking For
-
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Security or Engineering.
- +4 years of prior relevant experience in the Cyber Security field gained working in international environments or consulting firms.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with security by design methodologies, security architectures and solutions as well as security on Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS).
- Experience with security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and risk management.
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies, such as NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti-SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM.
- Enthusiasm for staying up to date with the very latest Cyber Security trends and best practices.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO27001, ISO22301, CISSP, CISM) would be a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
