and align Engineering work to product goalsLead project execution, anticipating and resolving roadblocks, coordinating the work of teammates, and clearly communicating goals and status with the organizationIdentify product opportunities, translating them into clear milestones and artefacts that align with Business Objectives30% - Discovery & ResearchSupport Continuous Discovery habits, engage in market and customer research, follow regulatory/market news, identify trendsConduct customer discovery workshops, document findings, translate insights into signals and identify gaps in the product roadmapDrive product requirements, drive product documentation and own the workstream, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business and Marketing teamsGather qualitative and quantitative data to be able to support or challenge product assumptions/feature requestsWhat We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a
