What You Will Do
Designing and producing graphic content for the main social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok) and advertising campaigns;
Creating posts, carousels, stories and other graphic formats in line with current styles and trends;
Researching and proposing new creative concepts to enhance clients’ editorial plans;
Creating and editing reels and short videos for social media channels using CapCut Pro;
Using artificial intelligence tools to support the creative process, from finding inspiration to generating and developing images, videos and content;
Creating newsletters and direct email marketing campaigns;
Graphic design of HTML landing pages and web content via a CMS.
Must have
Previous experience in graphic design, social media, or digital content;
Excellent creativity and strong aesthetic awareness;
Ability to manage a creative project independently from concept to final delivery: defining the creative idea, creating content, and delivering final assets with the support of AI tools and/or through independent work;
Strong knowledge of Canva (the main tool used by the department);
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud;
Knowledge of the main social media platforms and their dynamics (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok);
Familiarity with generative Artificial Intelligence tools and ability to integrate them into the creative workflow, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Magnific, Adobe Firefly, Flow, Google AI Studio, and equivalent tools;
Basic knowledge of HTML/CMS;
