We are looking for an experienced Engineering Planner to join our Engineering team in Milan.This role focuses on Engineering Planning & Control, ensuring full visibility of engineering deliverables, document revisions, approval workflows, KPIs, multidisciplinary coordination, and engineering progress throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage engineering deliverables, document registers, revision tracking, approval workflows, and document control.Monitor engineering progress, milestones, interfaces, and multidisciplinary deliverables.Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Controls, and Document Control teams.Prepare engineering KPI dashboards, S-Curves, progress reports, forecasting, and schedule impact assessments.Identify delays, bottlenecks,
and support recovery plans.Maintain engineering schedules aligned with the Project Master Schedule.Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and document management processes.Requirements5+ years of Engineering Planning experience in EPC projects.Strong knowledge of engineering deliverables, document control, revision management, engineering workflows, approval processes, and KPIs.Good understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and design processes.Advanced Microsoft Excel.Microsoft Project is a plus.Availability to work on-site in Milan and travel occasionally within Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.PreferredExperience with international EPC projects.Knowledge of Engineering Management Systems, document management platforms, and Earned Value Management (EVM).Only candidates whose qualifications closely match the requirements will be contacted.
