Senior Director R&D; Portfolio and Program ManagementAs Senior Director, you will lead the CP R&D; portfolio and PMO, guiding capital equipment programs and product development. You’ll shape governance, prioritization, and resource planning across global teams, driving on-time delivery within budgets and regulatory timelines. You’ll chair the Portfolio Review Committee and partner with CP leadership to optimize portfolio trade-offs and investments.
