experience or studies in animal farming and agriculture is a strong plus. excellent communication and project-management abilities. fluency in italian and english. at least 2 years of experience in sustainability projects. soft skills: autonomy, results-oriented attitude. effective communication and interpersonal skills. flexibility, entrepreneurial mindset. stress management.
