empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.We are seeking an experienced Plant General Manager to lead our Osnago manufacturing site — a strategically important facility producing high‑value medical devices, inhalation systems, and healthcare packaging for highly regulated markets.This role has full accountability for site performance, combining safety, quality, operational excellence, people leadership, and financial delivery. You will lead a large, complex operation running 7 days a week, while shaping the site’s long‑term competitiveness, innovation capability, and sustainability performance within Amcor’s European operations.Reporting to the HBW Europe Operations Director, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer trust, driving transformation, and supporting Amcor’s growth strategy in medical and pharmaceutical markets.What You’ll Be Respon
