In questa role, you will support IT systems and infrastructure projects, collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure reliable, governed solutions. You contribute to SAP-related and technical streams, aligning requirements with architecture and cost targets. You work with the Systems & Integration team to manage outsourcers and maintain system governance and data exchanges.

This is a hands-on position in a global food company with a clear digital transformation focus, offering opportunities to shape technical solutions at scale. You will partner across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful IT projects in Parma. Support delivery of systems infrastructure and SAP technical projects across project phases Assist technical streams of IT business projects ensuring alignment with architecture and guidelines Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to maintain architectures and governance documentation Help manage the Systems and Integration team outsourcers network and monitor service levels Plan and execute technical and system integration activities within support processes and architectural guidelines Contribute to development and maintenance of data exchanges across Barilla systems Support availability and reliability of Barilla solutions through incident/problem management and performance monitoring Stay updated on IT infrastructure solutions, technologies, vendors, and market trends to identify opportunities Master's degree in Computer Science, Information / Telecommunication Engineering, Data Science or equivalent At least six months of ICT Project Management experience in complex contexts Fluency in Italian and English Technical knowledge of ICT infrastructures and systems and related processes SAP Basis knowledge, SAP PO and SAP Integration Suite are a plus Ability to summarize and organize information in technical and operational documents Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams Ability to prioritize and work under pressure Ability to identify unconventional / innovative solutions Availability to business trips (Italy and abroad)
