- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and sales strategies
- Support Fluke CMA business for Italy and Benelux
- Nurture leads by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and demonstrating product or service value
- Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Provide customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues
- Maintain and update customer databases and facilitate follow-up activities
- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and the competitive landscape
- Track sales performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve sales strategies
- Identify and qualify potential customers through online research, social media, and referrals
- Report to the Sales Director at the same location
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and close deals
- Patience, empathy, and ability to resolve issues and address concerns effectively
- Ability to identify and address customer needs and concerns
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions to close deals
- Ability to use CRM software, email, and other online tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Understanding of the sales process, market trends, and competitive landscape
