As Business Development Manager, you will drive growth across North America by introducing clients to Spencer’s high-touch corporate travel management model. You’ll build a strong sales pipeline, develop relationships, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll craft tailored value propositions that improve traveler experience, duty of care, and program visibility, while guiding clients from discovery through onboarding. This is a growth-focused role in a collaborative, client-centered environment with a clear impact on company expansion.

Identify and pursue new corporate travel prospects across industries and geographies
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline targeting complex travel needs
Conduct outreach via calls, email, networking, events, and referrals
Lead discovery conversations to understand travel programs, pain points, and decision processes




Develop value propositions that improve traveler experience and program visibility
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for prospects
Manage opportunities from first contact to onboarding and early client success
Track prospect and forecast data in Salesforce
Assist in go-to-market planning, campaigns, and sales enablement
Represent SCTNA at industry events and client meetings to boost brand visibility
Maintain post-sale engagement and identify growth opportunities within accounts
Collaborate with operations and travel advisors to ensure feasible solutions
Execute client onboarding plans and ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery
Travel to client sites and industry events as needed
3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or corporate travel sales experience
Proven success in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
Experience selling services or cons
