HEAD WAITER
Private Members' Club | Front of House | €18,000 Per Annum + Service Charge | Malta
Location: Malta
Compensation: €18,000 per annum plus service charge and benefits package
Reports to: F&B; Manager
Contract: Permanent | Tempo pieno
Schedule: 40 hours per week, plus overtime
Start: End September 2026
Eligibility: European citizenship (EU passport) is essential. Sponsorship is not available.
Relocation: Accommodation is not provided. Relocation costs are not covered.
OVERVIEW
SATĀYA is representing a private members' club opening in Malta in autumn 2026. The club brings together seasonal Mediterranean dining, a dedicated cocktail programme and cultural programming inside a membership-led space built around belonging rather than throughput. This is a founding-team appointment,
made before the doors open.
The Head Waiter we are looking for has done the hours on a serious floor and knows the difference between good and exceptional lives in the small details. You lead a section with quiet authority, you remember what a member drank last time, and junior staff learn by watching you. You have stayed somewhere long enough to have built something, and you are ready to help set the standard in a room from day one.
