Business Unit Overview The Acquisition Capabilities Team sits within the broader Card Acquisition organization and is responsible for enabling and optimizing American Express' digital banking card acquisition strategies.
The team manages and enhances digital banking card acquisition platforms, including a Business Intelligence platform that supports the organization by ensuring data quality, robust data controls, and secure information flows across teams.
Working closely with Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and external partners, the team plays a critical role in driving sustainable growth through data-driven and innovative digital solutions.
