MEININGER Hotels is seeking a Customer Care Executive in Milan to join our Hybrid team. You will assist guests via phone, email, chat and social media, delivering outstanding service before, during and after their stay.

Fluent in English and German (B1) is mandatory. Experience in customer service is advantageous, and you will collaborate with Finance, Sales and Operations to ensure smooth guest experiences. Rotation shifts apply.
