HR Manager Italy EP/NV & Project management As the Italy HR Leader for EP/NV, you will partner with Italian commercial leadership to translate regional people strategies into local actions. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational design to empower business priorities. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, coaching teams and shaping leadership pipelines while guiding change and workforce planning.
This role offers the opportunity to influence culture, drive transformation, and collaborate across Italy and the regional office to deliver measurable people outcomes. annual premio parental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks insurance plans (eligible) Lead BUHR for Italy and provide BUHR support to Regional Office Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with EP/NV strategy Deliver comprehensive HR support across workforce planning, organization design, change management, coaching, succession planning,
and talent development Support HR Lead for Regional Office as required Partner with business leaders to build diverse leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capabilities Provide targeted coaching to managers and employees for growth and performance Identify and develop talent for critical roles and future leadership positions with an inclusive culture Collaborate with senior leaders to embed excellence, customer centricity, growth, engagement, and accountability Implement tailored HR solutions aligned with business strategy and coordinate with Centers of Excellence Advise on employee communication and engagement initiatives Lead change management efforts including acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring Drive Talent Rhythm process and succession planning to retain diverse talent Own and drive EP/NV HR priority initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and risks Shape meeting agendas and ensure action closure; manage ad-hoc strategic projects Act as connector across initiatives to share insights and avoid duplication 5+ years of professional experience; minimum 3 years in HR or HR-related roles Strong business partnering, advisory, and influence skills Ability to work across diverse teams and travel within Italy Understanding of strategic HR, talent management, and organizational design Experience with change management and leadership development Experience in project management and coordinating HR initiatives As the Italy HR Leader for EP/NV, you will partner with Italian commercial leadership to translate regional people strategies into local act...
