Soho House Roma is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and support the Financial Controller with financial leadership for the property. You will manage analysis, reporting, budgeting and period-end processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 6+ years in finance/accounting management within hospitality, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience supervising staff to develop a high-caliber team.
