RINA is currently recruiting for a Mediterranean and Africa Marine Yachting Business Support Advisor to join its office in Viareggio, Italy within the Mediterranean and Africa Marine Division.
Mission A Business Support Advisor with a focus on managing administrative tasks from the creation of a customer in a database to the issuance of invoices plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient business operations.
Key Accountabilities Customer & Order Support Support the management of customer data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Assist in processing customer orders and contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Offer & Documentation Support Help prepare and manage customer offers in internal systems, ensuring all documents shared with customers are complete and accurate.
