MEININGER Hotels Headquarters is seeking an HR Operations Partner (Categorie Protette) to manage payroll, benefits, HR administration and policy compliance across Italian hotels in a hybrid work setting.
You will handle the hiring lifecycle, contracts, HR data, and visa processes, collaborating with the HR Regional Manager to optimize turnover and labour costs. Fluency in English and Italian, plus HRIS/MS Office experience, is preferred.
