Phenna Group is seeking a first dedicated Sales Manager for the Italian business to drive new Certification and Inspection opportunities across Italy. You will own the sales strategy, build client relationships and generate sustainable revenue growth.
Initially an individual contributor, the role offers scope to shape commercial direction and, as the business grows, to lead a future sales team. Success will be measured by new business generation, revenue growth and a diversified customer
