RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join its office in Bolzano within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.
Mission
The selected candidate will supportProduct Assurance activities within complex engineering programs in the Defense Automotive sector, ensuring the proper implementation of quality processes, configuration management practices, and compliance with applicable military and automotive standards.
The role will contribute to monitoring the quality of project deliverables, verifying technical documentation, supporting system validation activities, and assisting the project team in achieving milestones, ensuring alignment with company quality management systems and defence automotive regulations and standards applicable to military vehicle development.
Key Accountabilities




- Ensure the correct application of the Project Quality Plan and support the project team in achieving quality objectives and process compliance.
- Verify the correct implementation of company quality processes and standards (e.g.,ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AQAP 2110 / AQAP 2310) within project activities.
- Review and support the approval of technical documentation and specifications, contributing to the release of the Technical Data Package (e.g., drawings, bills of materials, wiring diagrams, technical requirements, analyses, reports, and test procedures).
- Support product acceptance and verification activities, including document checks and validation of test tools and procedures forqualification and validation ofmilitary vehicles and subsystems.

Education
Master’s Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience inQuality Assurance or Product Assura
