Greggs is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a busy store, motivate the team and deliver fast, friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll ensure a brilliant customer experience and supervise day-to-day operations.
You’ll recruit, train and develop colleagues, monitor costs and standards, participate in food preparation, keep the shop clean and well stocked, and help the store meet targets.
