Your Role
As Sales Manager for North & South – Heating Systems, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager for Europe, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint in both mature and emerging markets. In this role you will have around 15 people reporting to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the North & South European regions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored heating system solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings.
About You
You’re a driven and confident commercial professional with a master’s degree and experience working in a similar role with complex technical projects is necessary. Experience within Heating Systems is a strong merit and will help you quickly understand our customers’ needs and market landscape.
