We offer opportunities to grow professionally while making a tangible impact on our customers and our business.The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Inside Sales Lead to join our Commercial Organization.In this key leadership role, you will lead a team of approximately 10 Sales Administration professionals, ensuring operational excellence across order management, customer service, export activities, and commercial support processes.You will act as the primary interface between the Sales Department, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations, helping to drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and efficient order fulfillment.The role also includes direct responsibility for managing relationships with selected strategic customers and supporting key commercial initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership* Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Sales Administration professionals located across multiple Italian sites.* Foster a
