H&M; Group / & OTHER STORIES is seeking a Department Manager to lead a fashion retail store team in Italy. You’ll drive exceptional customer experiences, set the store tone, and ensure operations align with brand standards to deliver memorable journeys.

You will manage a team of Sales Advisors, recruit and onboard new staff, analyse sales data, and step into Store Manager when needed, all while representing the brand on the shop floor.
