Job DescriptionWith the aim of strengthening the Formulation Development team, we are recruiting aFormulation Development Coordinator & Project LeaderIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the formulation and development of semi-solid and liquid preparations,



and for leading project teams for cosmetics and food supplements.Main responsibilities:* Coordinate and supervise the design and development of formulations and laboratory-scale processes for semi-solid preparations for topical applications and liquid preparations for ophthalmic or injectable use, including medicinal products, leading a team including at least one formulation scientist.* Act as the primary technical point of reference for formulation development activities, ensuring scientific and technical consistency and quality.* Coordinate and supervise the design, formulation testing and evaluation of preliminary stability data to finalize the final composition, in collaboration with Formulation development experts and Discovery department.* Supervise the technology
