Your role at a glance:
- Lead a structured sales organization across multiple locations (Milan, Bologna, Tuscany).
- Directly manage a layer of team leaders (manager of managers) responsible for operational teams.
- Drive sales performance through outbound campaigns , managing the full funnel (contacts, conversion, productivity, ROI).
- Oversee external vendors and telesales providers , ensuring efficiency,



quality, and alignment with internal standards.
- Implement and monitor a data-driven sales model , leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to optimize performance.
- Strengthen a collaborative selling model , working closely with other sales channels to increase share of wallet.
- Develop team capabilities, particularly among junior managers , bringing structure, discipline, and scalable processes.

What skills are we looking for?
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8–10 years of experience in sales management roles, preferably within:
- Digital sales / inside sales / telesales
- Structured outbound campaign environments
- B2B contexts with high-volume, fragmented customer bases (SMBs / prosumers)
- Proven experience as a manager of managers, leading structured teams
- Strong experience in sales funnel management, campaign performance, and conversion optimiz
