The Relationship
Manager will proactively manage a dedicated portfolio of high‑value traders, fostering long‑term relationships and ensuring strong engagement. A key focus will be increasing activity among HNWI clients by providing tailored, high‑touch services and developing a sense of community within the client base.
Client Portfolio Management
Conduct regular in‑person meetings with clients, including travel when required. Maintain high levels of client retention through excellent service delivery. Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships within the existing client base.
Contribute to year‑on‑year portfolio growth through structured commercial planning and execution. Monitor client satisfaction and implement actions to continuously enhance the client experience.
