Linklaters employment and incentives practice is expanding and looking for a motivated new graduate or experienced trainee to join its Milan based team in the position of Junior Associate in the Employment team .

Our employment and incentives practice advises international and Italian clients on all aspects of employment, pension and labour law,
with a focus on top managers' employment contracts and terminations, retention arrangements, remuneration structures, works councils and unions' relations, collective redundancy procedures, as well as any transaction-related employment law. The team also deals with contentious work, especially high value executives and managing directors' termination cases.
The applicant - recent graduate, up to 2 years of experience - must have the desire to work within an international environment of excellence, where he/she will have the opportunity to collaborate in the most interesting matters with the highest calibre of lawyers. As part of a global and large practice, teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices.
