As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Balloon Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Engineering Team: Work closely with our engineers in plotting and designing new balloon models. Bring innovative ideas and technical insights to the tale to enhance our balloon capabilities.
- Manufacturing Expertise: Handle the manufacturing process of our balloons, starting from managing the raw plastic film material. Your role will involve precision cutting, welding, and assembling various components to build high-quality balloons.
- Quality Control and Testing: Conduct rigorous quality checks, pressure tests, and seal integrity assessments in our state‑of‑the‑art laboratory. Ensure that every balloon meets our strict standards for durability and performance.
- Flight Testing: Play a critical role in conducting and analyzing test flights, gathering data to continuously improve balloon design and functionality.
- Launch and Recovery Operations: Collaborate with our launch team in deploying, preparing, and launching balloons. After mission completion, be a key player in the recovery and storage of both the balloon and the probe, ensuring they are ready for future use.
Requirements
Must have
- Diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or related industries.
- Proficiency in handling and processing plastic film materials.
- Solid understanding of welding
