Product Solutions Architect
Reporting to the VP Architecture, Governance & Business Intelligence, the Product Solutions Architect will shape the future state architecture for product design, product lifecycle management and product data management.
Responsibilities
- Define the future state architectural vision and conceptual architecture design in the areas of product design, product lifecycle management and product data management.
- Develop scalable, maintainable architectures and actionable roadmaps that align with Brembo’s business objectives.
- Understand the company’s business strategy, technology and infrastructure; dive deep into technical issues, consult with vendors and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels, and support contracting decisions.
- Lead the translation of corporate strategy and business needs into a mid‑ and long‑term (3–5 year) technology strategy for Product Solutions/Engineering.
- Lead comprehensive product/tool evaluation and selection services; stay abreast of new technologies and identify opportunities.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Approximately 7 years of relevant IT experience as a functional analyst, consultant and/or developer, with at least 3 years as an architect.
- Experience in conceptualization, architecture design and frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- Proven experience with PLM software implementations and integration with ERP/MES systems.
- Knowledge of automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in complex IT landscapes and large organisations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in complex projects/programmes within Product Lifecycle Management, Smart Manufacturing or Quality Management.
