JHC Consulting is currently advising an established Italian financial services group as it expands its operations. To support this mandate and our broader practice, we are adding an AI Tools Associate to our small, deliberate team. This entry level position is designed for an individual who is comfortable at the intersection of logical analysis and emerging technology.

As a fully remote firm, we operate without the standard ceremonies of corporate life, focusing instead on the clarity of our written work and the depth of our research.

The Role The AI Tools Associate is responsible for identifying and managing the digital resources that support our analytical process. In this role, you will evaluate various language models and data tools to determine their utility in high level advisory work. Your daily tasks will include:

- Testing AI tools for their ability to summarize complex corporate filings and financial reports accurately.

- Assisting principals in the preliminary research phase of new mandates by gathering and organizing documentation.

- Maintaining internal databases and ensuring that all tools used by the firm meet our standards for privacy and data integrity.

- Drafting short reports on the capabilities and limitations of specific software to inform our internal methodology.

- Monitoring developments in the field of automated analysis to ensure our practice remains informed of new technical possibilities.

- Collaborating with the team through written updates to ensure that all digital workflows remain efficient and reliable.

What You Bring

We are looking for a candidate who values intellectual discipline and clear communication. Since this is an entry level role, we do not require a long professional history, but we do require evidence of a sharp and curious mind. You should possess the following qualities:

- A high degree of digital literacy and an interest in how software can support rigorous thinking.

- The ability to write in plain, direct English without relying on jargon or filler.





- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple research tasks independently.

- A background in a field that requires logical reasoning, such as the humanities, economics, or computer science.

- Discretion and a professional manner suitable for a firm that handles sensitive corporate information.

- The focus required to work effectively in a fully remote environment without constant oversight.
