We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to work in the Engagement & External Relations Unit. Retribuzione annua: 28000€ - 34000€

esperienza2 anni Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Previous experience in external relations and stakeholder engagement;
- Previous experience in member state cooperation and institutional relations;
- Previous experience in administrative support and management;
- Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset;




- Behavioural competencies: high level of commitment, political savvy, intellectual horsepower and ability to work with others.

Assignment: initial contract of 3/4 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.

Salary: approx. €2326 per month before taxes.

Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days. Please provide an English Europass template CV.
