Position Summary
In this role, as a Factory Quality Manager, you will:
- Act as a catalyst and pathfinder, partnering with other functions to ensure trust and consumer preference improvements through appropriate actions and resources;
- Develop autonomy, empower and engage people to build a high-performing organization that drives standards and continuous improvement, with the aim of being best in class;
- Ensure that products are released on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements;
- Challenge other functions to drive and ensure right‑first‑time execution, product defect elimination, proper risk management and risk‑based decision‑making, as well as continuous improvement; you will also be the guardian of food safety and compliance at the factory, providing leadership and support in achieving business objectives.
You will report to the Factory Manager and manage a team of 10 people.
