Role Description
The Marketing Automation & Content Specialist in the Electrification Services Division will play a critical role in executing global multi-channel marketing campaigns using tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Adobe, and ON24. This position is responsible for building and managing email workflows, landing pages, forms, and digital assets while ensuring governance and alignment across platforms. You will work closely with the analytics lead to ensure proper campaign structure, tagging, naming conventions, and processes that enable consistent and actionable reporting.
The role also includes collaborating with other stakeholders to create and localize high‑performing digital assets such as emails, ebooks, brochures, and webinars. This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role suited for a pre‑senior profile with at least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing automation and content execution.

Primary Role & Responsibilities
- Build and execute global and local integrated marketing campaigns using Pardot and Adobe, aligned with business objectives and local market needs.
- Design and deploy global and local campaign assets: emails, landing pages, forms, and engagement programs (nurturing flows, webinar journeys, lead scoring logic).
- Maintain campaign and asset governance: ensure naming conventions, templates, tagging, and user journeys are compliant with standards and analytics requirements.
