Position : Solution Architect (D365 Applications)
Department : D365 Retail
Visa Sponsorship : You must have legal working rights in the country of your residence within the EMEA region. Sponsorship is only available within the Netherlands.
What is your goal ?
Joining HSO International as a Solution Architect means ensuring solution integrity for implementation projects involving Dynamics 365 Applications. Primarily Finance and Operations, coordinating consultant teams, and providing invaluable advice to customers regarding business system design and implementation.
Your role will also include contributing to the development of HSO best practices and active participation in presales activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead presales activities, including customer workshops, demos, and presentations.
- Guide capability and architecture workshops to define solution direction.
- Develop end-to-end solution architectures and supporting documentation.
- Drive business transformation discussions and strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Architects, and Technical Architects, plus senior consultants across global teams.
- Assess the feasibility of new processes/technologies and optimize business workflows.
- Create best-practice materials, templates, and tools to strengthen presales and delivery.

Requirements
- At least 7 to 10+ years of consulting experience in Retail industries with a minimum of 5 years of experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; or earlier vers
