The work
As our Senior Paid Campaign Specialist, you'll run the digital engine behind one of Europe's leading deep-tech companies. You'll turn high-quality technical and strategic content into measurable reach, engagement, and pipeline impact. This is a hands‑on role sitting at the intersection of brand execution and growth marketing, where you'll own our paid campaigns, create and manage efficient campaign distribution, and execute performance marketing by repurposing content, managing content performance, and optimizing campaign builds.
You'll work closely with content marketing,
product marketing, sales, and business leaders across a global organization. You will support lead generation and campaign execution, ensuring that leads are accurately captured and routed in the CRM. You will also track performance across channels and produce clear reporting, insights, and recommendations.
Success in your first months means building a consistent digital rhythm, improving campaign performance, and creating measurable impact across our marketing funnel. In this role, you will work with AI tools, making sure that their usage supports your goals and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth and/or paid marketing campaigns, preferably within B2B technology sector
- Hands‑on experience applying AI to streamline marketing operationsm, e.g. building lightweight automations or agents for campaign reporting, QA, or optimization workflows
