Who we are looking for
The Head of Logistics is responsible for the end-to-end logistics function of the brand, overseeing the full supply chain flow from inbound receipt through outbound distribution across Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce channels.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role leads the management of third-party logistics providers (3PL) and drives continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, service level, and sustainability.
- 10+ years of logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven background in the fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong experience managing 3PL relationships and multi-channel distribution networks.
- Track record of leading logistics transformation or network optimization projects.
- Deep knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and transport operations.
- Use to operate in a mid-migration systems environment.
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transport Management Systems).
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to build and manage logistics KPI dashboards.
