Engineering Planner

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Planner to join our Engineering team in Milan.
This role focuses on Engineering Planning & Control, ensuring full visibility of engineering deliverables, document revisions, approval workflows, KPIs, multidisciplinary coordination, and engineering progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering deliverables, document registers, revision tracking, approval workflows, and document control.
- Monitor engineering progress, milestones, interfaces, and multidisciplinary deliverables.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Controls, and Document Control teams.
- Prepare engineering KPI dashboards, S-Curves, progress reports, forecasting, and schedule impact assessments.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, and support recovery plans.
- Maintain engineering schedules aligned with the Project Master Schedule.
- Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and document management processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Engineering Planning experience in EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering deliverables, document control, revision management, engineering workflows, approval processes, and KPIs.
- Good understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and design processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Availability to work on-site in Milan and travel occasionally within Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
Preferred
- Experience with international EPC projects.
- Knowledge of Engineering Management Systems, document management platforms, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
