How you’ll make a difference
- Administer, configure, and drive the evolution of Microsoft 365 platforms, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, Defender, and related services.
- Manage and maintain on‑premises and hybrid Active Directory infrastructures, including identity and authentication services.
- Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services to support customer infrastructure and application requirements.
- Design and manage integration solutions between on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Monitor, optimize, and secure customer’s IT infrastructures.

What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, and Defender.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS services and infrastructure‑related PaaS services such as Storage Accounts, Azure Firewall, Azure App Service, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Arc, and similar solutions.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing on‑premises Active Directory Domain Services environments.
- Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex task.
- Consulting mindset and customer‑oriented approacht.
- Strong teamworking and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €26,000 to €35,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
