Purpose of the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Burberry, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Store Manager in driving category performance,
leading and motivating your sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals and deliver the exceptional Burberry Experience. This position demands a passionate, hands-on leader dedicated to coaching, developing talent, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand's values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop sales associates by enhancing their selling skills and closing sales consistently to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive category sales, focusing on sell-through strategies and delivering targeted team training in your assigned category.
